Year 4/3 Indoor Athletics Team .

Dear Parents, We have finally selected the year 4 athletics team for the District event-St. Bede's 25th Jan 4-6 pm.
We have given all 120 pupils a chance to make the team, I have scoured their P.E. scores and verified them myself.
I have selected the best 9 runners (half the events are running)and added the pupils who excelled at the jumping/throwing events.
Pupils can only take part in a maximum of 2 running/2 Field events, we have included 3 year 3 pupils-well done! and some pupils may only be taking part in one event-but they have earned that place.
Unfortunately, we cannot include all who tried out, but those pupils will have raised the standard of the team selected and will have a part in any success.
We are training in St. Anne's Junior Hall next Wednesday after school 3.30-5.00 pm-pupils need trainers/pumps and P.E. kit.
Training was going to be Monday, but year 6 Dance practice is in the hall-sorry!
